Job Description:

As a Visual Communication Designer at Add Hype, you will be responsible for translating ideas and concepts into visually engaging and compelling designs. You will collaborate with our creative team to create impactful visual content that resonates with our clients’ target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Design: Create visually stunning designs for a range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, social media content, and presentations.
2. Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts that align with client briefs and objectives.
3. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work maintains brand consistency and adheres to established brand guidelines.
4. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their design needs and provide updates on project progress.
5. Deadline Adherence: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
6. Industry Trends: Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches to projects.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in a creative agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
– Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
