Dubai Harbour

A destination of this scale needed a digital gateway that could match it.

The Challenge
Dubai Harbour is one of the most ambitious waterfront developments in the region — luxury marinas, residential towers, retail, hospitality, and tourism all within one address. Its website had to serve multiple audiences simultaneously: tourists planning a day out, yacht owners researching marina berths, real estate investors, and international media. The existing platform wasn't built for this complexity. It tried to serve everyone and struggled to serve any of them well. The experience didn't match the scale or ambition of the destination.
THE OUTCOME

The platform launched in 2024 as Dubai Harbour's primary digital gateway during a significant period of the destination's growth. The design positioned the brand at the level of the world-class waterfront developments it competes with internationally.

Note: As Dubai Harbour continued to expand, the client evolved the platform — a natural step for a destination of this scale. Our build served as the 2024 digital foundation.

THE WORK

  • Full UX/UI redesign — information architecture rebuilt from the ground up to serve multiple audience verticals without confusion
  • Custom website development — end-to-end build with cinematic video integration and large-scale visual storytelling
  • Destination-led navigation: marina, real estate, retail, events, and tourism — each with its own content hierarchy
  • Immersive imagery and video layering to convey the scale and sophistication of the waterfront
  • Performance-optimised across all devices
